Fresh Hop IPA
This year we have teamed up with our friends at Waimea West Hops, and chose to showcase an NZ classic hop in Nelson Sauvin. They picked the hop cones in the morning and flew them to us straight away to be added to the beer a few hours later. We kept the base beer simple and went with a classic IPA style to showcase the green- hoppy goodness.
